WHO IS JESSICA TAYLOR REGAN?

Jessica Taylor Regan is a Mental Wellness Coach and Women's Group Facilitator. Jessica leads intimate discussions in both one on one and group settings using a strengths based approach. Different from a counselor, I provide specifics mindfulness exercises, mental health education, strategic stress resources and empathetic support. Jessica has her Bachelors in Honours in Social Work and is ASIST (suicide prevention training) certified.

Jessica's program is a strengths based mental wellness support that provides individuals and groups with guided resources, a sense community,  new perspectives and peer support. Different than a counselor, Jessica works with you by developing new perspectives to view your mental wellness. Her methods include mindfulness exercises, an analysis of your current life style, investigating current challenges in your life and creating new skills to over come such challenges. Her role as a coach is to help you set l and achieve your mental wellness goals.
