
BIOGRAPHY
Jessica Taylor Regan is an Educator and Mental Wellness Coach who uses her passion for social justice, community work, and mental health to provide accessible and inclusive personalized educational experiences. She believes that empathy plus knowledge of self and others are the key parts to developing safe, inclusive and diverse spaces. Jessica facilitates educational workshops and growth groups online and in her local community. Jessica has lead workshops and speaking engagements at Osgoode Law School (York University), Univerity of Guelph, University of Windsor, Stella's Place and many more. Jessica currently is an instructor at St. Clair College and teaches Social Service Work. Jessica has an educational background in Social Work and is certified in Suicide First Aid.
